120 Litre Bins and 240 Litre Bins Document Shredding Bins
The Australian Government requires businesses to “take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information,” therefore secure document management is a priority for businesses. Select from our 120 litre lockable wheelie bins or for those larger document destruction services we have 240 litre lockable wheelie bins, both excellent security shredding.
We are available to exchange bins either on a scheduled or casual basis.
Casual Prices for 120 litre or 240 litre Secure Shredding Bins
- Single Security Bin $105 (incl GST)
- Minimum charge $105 (incl GST)
- Customers can keep the bin for two weeks
- A surcharge may apply if your site is more than 25km from Melbourne CBD
- Charges are all-inclusive (no hidden charges)
Monthly Service Prices for 120 litre or 240 litre
- Security Bin remains with client ongoing
- $60 (incl GST) per bin per month
- Minimum six-month contract
- Each bin is exchanged for an empty bin when we are notified exchange is required
- The monthly charge allows for one exchange per bin per month. Any additional exchanges per month will incur an additional fee of $60 (incl GST) per bin
- The monthly fee applies even if the client does not require the bin to be exchanged
- All services have a $30 delivery charge (one-off) for the initial delivery of the bin.
Two Month Service Prices for 120 litre or 240 litre
- Security Bin remains with client ongoing
- $80 (incl GST) per bin every two months
- Minimum six-month contract
- Bins are exchanged for empty bins when we are notified exchange is required
- The above charge allows for one exchange per bin every two months. Any additional exchanges per two-month period incurs an additional fee of $80 (incl GST) per bin
- The two-monthly fee applies even if the client does not require a bin exchange
- All services have a $30 delivery charge (one-off) for the initial delivery of the bin.
Three Monthly Service Prices for 120 litre or 240 litre
- Security Bin remains with client ongoing
- $105 (incl GST) per bin every three months
- Minimum six-month contract
- Bins are exchanged for empty bins when we are notified exchange is required
- The above charge allows for one exchange per bin every three months. Any additional exchanges per three-month period incurs an additional fee of $105 (incl GST) per bin
- The three-monthly fee applies even if the client does not require a bin exchange

Archive Boxes
Archive boxes are a great way to store your documents and files as they free up your valuable office space and allow for easy storage. Once they are earmarked for destruction, we provide secure and easy document shredding services.

We provide a service for the removal and secure destruction of eWaste and old IT equipment, such as hard drives, monitors and keyboards.

By using a personal Underdesk Data Destruction Box, staff members no longer have to leave their desks to dispose of confidential information in the usual secure wheelie bins. This saves valuable time and allows individuals to maintain control over what is being disposed of.

Confidential Shredding Co. can securely destroy a pallent of document boxes, however, the client must have a forklift to be able to load the pallet. The pallet must also be securely wrapped in shrink wrap before pickup.
